2. Ordering & Payments

✔️ We primarily accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across Pakistan.
✔️ For prepaid orders, we accept bank transfer, Easypaisa, and JazzCash.
✔️ All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include all applicable taxes.

💰 Order Confirmation & Cancellations:

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation SMS or email.
  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

🚫 Order Refusal on Delivery:

  • Customers refusing to accept COD orders without valid reason may be blacklisted from future purchases.

3. Shipping & Delivery

🚚 We offer FREE delivery across Pakistan via TCS Courier.
📅 Estimated delivery time: 3-4 business days (may vary based on location and courier service).
⚠️ We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, weather, public holidays).

4. Returns & Exchanges

🔄 We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
✔️ The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
✔️ Customers must email us at zayra.fabric@gmail.com with their order number and issue details before returning the product.
✔️ The customer will bear the return shipping cost, except for defective/wrong items.

🚫 We do NOT accept returns on:
❌ Items damaged due to misuse.
❌ Customized or discounted items.
❌ Items returned after 7 days of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

📜 All content on our website (images, text, designs) is owned by Zayra Fabric.
🚫 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive to ensure accurate product descriptions and smooth order processing. However, we are not responsible for:

⚠️ Issues caused by third-party services (e.g., courier delays, payment gateway issues).
⚠️ Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using our website.
