Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If you face any issues, you can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange if:
✅ The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
✅ The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
✅ The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Items NOT Eligible for Return
❌ Products that have been used or washed.
❌ Items with no original packaging or missing accessories.
❌ Customized or sale items (unless damaged or incorrect).
3. Return & Exchange Process
📌 Step 1: Contact us at zayra.fabric@gmail.com or call 0343-7161055 within 7 days of receiving your order.
📌 Step 2: Provide your order number, issue details, and pictures (if applicable).
📌 Step 3: We will verify the issue and approve the return/exchange.
📌 Step 4: Ship the item back to our warehouse through TCS Courier.
📌 Step 5: After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the exchange or refund within 5-7 working days.
4. Refund Policy
💰 Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be provided as a voucher or store credit (no cash refunds).
💰 Faulty or Wrong Items: A full refund will be issued if the return is due to a mistake on our part.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item/damaged product), we will cover the shipping charges.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
