Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Partner

We provide free delivery all over Pakistan through TCS Courier, ensuring fast and reliable shipping.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
• You will receive a confirmation message/email once your order is dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 3-4 working days (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.).
• Remote Areas: 5-7 working days, depending on location.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email/WhatsApp, which you can use to track your order on the TCS website.

5. Delivery Issues

• If you do not receive your order within the estimated time, contact us at zayra.fabric@gmail.com or call 0343-7161055.
• In case of a wrong address or recipient unavailable, TCS may attempt delivery again, or the order will be returned to our warehouse.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.
• Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the package and pay at the time of delivery.
